Our Story

Company

Artwork by Kirralee Costelloe, Indigenous Artist and owner of Maiarla Dreaming.

This artwork reflects the essence of our company, our values, our people, and the journey that has shaped who we are today.

At its heart are the values that guide everything we do, including respect, collaboration, courage, accountability, and the strong relationships we build with one another and our customers.

The centrepiece of the artwork symbolises the importance of people and family. Our culture has always been built on the belief that people are at the heart of our success. The U-shaped figures surrounding the central circles represent individuals of all ages and backgrounds, connected through mutual respect, trust, and shared purpose. Together, they illustrate collaboration, teamwork, and the way we support, encourage, and learn from one another to achieve common goals.

The footprints and intricate patterns along the lower pathways represent both our company’s journey and the journeys of the people who have been part of it. They tell the story of where we began, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the continuous growth, innovation, and progress that have brought us to where we are today. Every step reflects the contribution of our people, whose dedication and commitment have helped shape our success and continue to guide us into the future.

In the artist’s words

The meaning behind the artwork

This artwork represents all aspects of your brand and company, starting with the values, some including respect, collaboration, courage and more.

There’s a strong emphasis on family culture and people being at the heart of who you are, so as you can see in the artwork, the centrepiece is all about that connection and family culture. Each U shape around the circles, all different sizes, represents people and the connection and respect they have for each other, whilst simultaneously also representing that collaboration aspect — being together as a group, working together, encouraging and supporting one another.

The footprints and details along the lines on the bottom represent your journey and the company’s journey, all the way from the beginning to where you are now. There’s been growth, movement, development and success all around, and the people around you have helped make this journey what it is today.
