In 2010, we embarked on a new culture journey by adopting the Australia Business Excellence Framework. Following the nine key principles within all departments in the company (Quality, Sales, Operations, HR and Finance) enabled our employees to own their roles and have their say.
In 2015, we won the Silver Award at the Australian Organisational Excellence Awards; and in 2016, we were the finalists in the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame for Medium size enterprise.
In 2020, our Leadership Team began a very intense process of self-assessments against seven business areas (read more about them here). We worked very hard over a period of months to ensure they were completed.
In 2021, we were assessed by the Business Excellence Evaluators in a very meticulous process and won the Gold Award!
With our expertise in successfully implementing the framework and our constant quest to be better in what we do, we offer Business Excellence Workshops to our customers to help them boost their company culture and adopt a mindset of continuous improvement.
