Shelley is constantly driving cultural transformation, strengthening employee engagement and building empowered, future ready teams. Working closely with Precision’s leaders, she ensures that people strategy underpins long term organisational growth through sustainable and meaningful people outcomes.
Outside of work she enjoys cruising in her 1965 Mustang convertible and passionately supporting the Collingwood Football Club.
