He has played a key role in strengthening Precision’s quality management systems, advancing ISO 13485 readiness, and modernising core processes to improve consistency, compliance, and performance.
He is driven by a belief that strong systems empower people to do their best work and is passionate about creating clarity, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys being a Dad and having adventures with his family, watching sport, and building and playing guitars.
